Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the UNIVO360 platform, operated by Ivory Technologies ("we", "us", "UNIVO360"), including its online payment facility for membership, registration, and event/collection fees. By accessing UNIVO360 or making a payment through it, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who These Terms Apply To

• Associations that subscribe to UNIVO360 to manage their members and operations.
• Association staff/board members who are given access by an association to manage members, billing, events, or other modules.
• Members of a participating association who log in to view their profile, certificate, bills, or to make payments.

2. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (password/PIN) confidential and for all activity under your account.
• An association is responsible for the accuracy of the member and billing information it enters or uploads into UNIVO360, and for granting appropriate access/permissions to its own staff and board members.
• We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these Terms.

3. Online Payments

• UNIVO360 enables members to pay membership fees, registration fees, and event/collection fees online through an integrated bank payment gateway, in addition to manually recorded payments (e.g. cash, cheque, or bank transfer verified by the association).
• Online payments are processed by our banking/payment gateway partner. UNIVO360 does not store your full card number, CVV, or net-banking credentials — these are entered directly on the gateway's secure payment page.
• You confirm that any payment method you use belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it, and that the billing/contact information you provide is accurate.
• A payment is considered complete only once it is confirmed by the payment gateway and reflected as paid against the relevant bill in UNIVO360. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for failed, duplicate, or erroneous transactions.
• Fees, dues, and any late-payment charges are set by each association, not by UNIVO360. UNIVO360 is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, the underlying membership or event arrangement between an association and its members.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use UNIVO360 for any unlawful purpose, or to submit false billing, identity, or payment information;
• Attempt to access another member's account, profile, or payment information without authorization;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its underlying infrastructure;
• Use any automated means to scrape or extract data from the platform without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

UNIVO360, its logo, and the software underlying the platform are the property of Ivory Technologies. Content an association or its members upload (documents, photos, member data) remains the property of the association/member who uploaded it; by uploading it, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the platform's functionality.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep UNIVO360 available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes to features from time to time. We may update these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or our Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically; continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, UNIVO360 and Ivory Technologies are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, delays or failures of third-party payment gateway/ banking services, or disputes between an association and its members regarding membership benefits, dues, or event arrangements. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to applicable law.
